Bible - Yeshu /Jesus - Life Questions/Answers

Which race are you running? One set by the world  or Yeshu?

In the worldly race, there is only one winner. Focus is on you, competing against others, temporary earthly prize. It is a rats race for financial success, job success, self-fulfillment, more materials, bigger and better homes, bigger income, more power and influence. It is a race for the “nice, beautiful and settled life”. It is this race billions of people are running every day, filling shopping malls, filling houses with things, things, and more unnecessary things. When you are running Yeshu race, God is with you, everyone is a winner. Here, you are competing against yourself, not with others, focus is on permanent heavenly prize.

I have everything (name, money, etc.) but still feel empty and searching for peace. How do  I get a victory and joyful life?

It is a human tendency to choose an easy path. That may or may not be the best path. Our limited understanding can easily lead us astray. When we trust God and His ways in our hearts, we know that He never fails us. Instead of reinventing the wheel, making same mistakes like our ancestors over the over again, look into God’s Word is filled with examples and principles of those who did right and those who did wrong. Those examples are there for us to learn what God is like and what He desires from us. Regardless of how benevolent a person may appear to others, his good works amount to little if they are done for selfish reasons. If we make it our goal to seek God and honor Him in everything we do (1 Corinthians 10:31), we will understand right and wrong and know that our life choices are pleasing to Him. Regardless the path you took, God will make it straight when you trust and submit to Him. Which means it doesn't matter what your past looks like or how terrible of things you have done. Even things you think are unforgivable, God says He will make right if you submit and follow Him. No matter where you are at in your journey, you can choose to turn around and follow Him, allowing Him to lead you on the right path.

Who is my real enemy? Isn't he always outside of my home?

Apostle Paul recognized the fact there is an internal battle within each one of us; an “enemy within” that we must fight first. This lifelong battle between the flesh and the Spirit will rage until our death.  Jesus also spoke of the enemy within, in different terms. We simply can't ignore it—we are bound to a fleshly, selfish nature as long as we are in this earthly existence. It is the enemy within that would keep us from doing what we should. It is not all about having a good job or plenty of money for you and family. Blessings come in many forms like spiritual, finding right purpose in the life, loving and serving others, etc. Yeshu upside down teachings identify  “Poor in spirit” not identified with the materially poor or rich, refers to spiritual poverty. Yeshu "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid" Peace offered by the world is temporary, permanent peace comes only from God.

Who was Mother Teresa? Why did she came to  India?

Mother Teresa was born in Yugoslavia, came to India when she was 36 years old. She felt the call from God to help the poor of India. She received some basic medical training and then set out to help the sick and needy. This wasn't an easy task in 1948 India. She had very little support and, while trying to feed and help the poorest of the poor, she herself was constantly hungry and even had to beg for food. Soon other women joined her and she formed the Missionaries of Charity. Mother Teresa described the purpose of the Missionaries of Charity as an organization to take care of "the hungry, the naked, the homeless, the crippled, the blind, the lepers, all those people who feel unwanted, unloved, uncared for throughout society, people that have become a burden to the society and are shunned by everyone". Wow! She had some lofty goals and considering where she was at the start (see above paragraph where she was starving), she accomplished some amazing things. The Missionaries of Charity originally had 13 members. Today they have over 4,000 nuns who care for people just like Mother Teresa described all over the world.

For example, look at Mother Teresa's crooked feet when she was alive. She would try out every donated shoe first herself, give out to poor only if it is good. Could you do the same? If you look at great leaders (Gandhi, MLK, etc.), change always begins from us. Right from our home (Our-self first..), extends out in the family, community and country... We all are wicked in our own ways, sin differently, and no good. Unless, God changes our hearts, we can't impact anyone, not even our own family members. “If you judge people, you have no time to love them.”― Mother Teresa.

Do not think that love, in order to be genuine, has to be extraordinary. What we need is to love without getting tired. Do not wait for leaders; do it alone, person to person. Mother Theresa quote: I am not sure exactly what heaven will be like, but I know that when we die and it comes time for God to judge us, he will not ask, ‘How many good things have you done in your life?’ rather he will ask, ‘How much love did you put into what you did?

I constantly have anxiety issues. How can Yeshu help?

Human beings are created to live as children of God. That is the greatest blessing of all 🙂 Put your worries and burden on the Lord (Psalm 55:22,Isaiah 41:13,Matthew 6:25,Matthew 11:28-29,Philippians 4:6-7,1 Peter 5:7).

I am broken hearted and crushed? How can Yeshu help?

In this world, broken things are despised and thrown out. Damaged goods are rejected, and that includes people. The world is full of people with broken hearts, broken spirits and broken relationships. To us, broken things are despised as worthless, but God can take what has been broken and remake it into something better, something that He can use for His glory. The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Once you surrender and trust Him, God restores and transforms and  gives a meaning to your life, purpose and joy. All things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Aborting babies still exist in some parts of India, if it is a female. What is Biblical view?

Bible teaches, we all  (both male and female) are fearfully and wonderfully made by our creator (Psalm 139:14). Yes, men and women are equal in God’s eyes in that both men and women are created in the image and likeness of God. However, God has chosen distinct roles (not competing or one sex dominate/control  the other or take freedom's to different extremes) for both men and women that they may complement each other in a way it brings a full picture, should be celebrated and assumed with thanksgiving. Men and women should work together, each fulfilling their respective, distinct roles, for the common goal of glorifying God. The head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God. Men will answer to God for how they lead their families. It is our sinfulness that causes us to be proud, selfish, fear, exclude, or mistreat those who are different from us. It is sinfulness that results in our unfair treatment of one another. In short, the root cause of gender inequality, in a meaningful sense of the term, is sin. This is the exact reason, Yeshu came into the world to offer Moksha to outcasts (women, the poor, the unclean, oppressors, racial enemies, etc.), tearing down the walls of division, reset the boundaries, restoring dignity and value to those on the margins. Yeshu (Jesus) was close to the broken hearted and often rescued those crushed in the spirit offering a new life. Yeshu (Jesus) was motivated by full of compassion & love and calls us to follow the same.

I am constantly fearful and worried about tomorrow. How can you help?

Only today is yours, no one knows if they will see tomorrow. So, turn away from wicked ways and confess today itself. Delaying repentance, we are delaying certain blessings from God. Trust Yeshu, and let Him carry your burdens. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Did we pre-exists as spirit before life began?

Life begins at conception. According to Bible, our creator has a foreknowledge says "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart....(Jeremiah 1:5).King David said this about God’s role in our conception: "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb and your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be" (Psalm 139:13, 16). Our value as human beings created in His image is conceived even before we are.

I am tired of being too kind to people. Should I change?

Love and kindness are closely connected. Kindness is characterized by benevolence and tenderness. A kind person is disposed to help others and to do so with sympathy and consideration. Godly love will make a person kinder. No one can be loving and unkind at the same time.

It is better to be a lion for a day than a sheep all your life?

Bible references followers as sheep as they are notorious for following the leader.  They are used symbolically to represent God’s people (Matthew 25:32) There are ton's of good reasons explained in-depth here - http://inhonoroftheking.blogspot.com/2011/04/why-does-god-call-us-sheep.html

How to overcome fear of death?

The best way to overcome fear of death is having a proper perspective on life. You love your family and care for them, but God loves them more. You may worry about your earthly legacy, but God’s more concerned with a kingdom perspective.

How can a person committed big crimes is set free. Would you forgive?

He may still go to jail for breaking laws on the earth, but if he changes his ways, repents, God will forgive him. Great example from Bible is Yeshu forgiving one thief on the cross right next to him Yeshu answered him, "Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise." (Luke 23:43)

How should I view self-respect/value? What does it mean to respect self?

Respect goes in many directions. Respect for God (the highest level of respect); new self as stewards of the life with which God has gifted us; others (men, women, and children); my spouse in particular; respect for God-given authority (bosses, teachers, government officials, etc.), Some of the ways I can respect myself is. I acknowledge I am made in God's image, thankful for my gifts, talents, love myself in a Godly way (not a selfish way), focus on my spiritual life, seek God's wisdom and promises daily, taking responsibility, love others, establish healthy boundaries with others, watch influences, etc. When we are missing respect in one of these directions, things get dysfunctional. Let’s get respect going in every way!

Much of the suffering in the world occurs when people violate what is most important to them by acting on what is less important. Self-value is more behavioral than emotional, more about how you act toward what you value. The more we value other people, animals, and things, the stronger our self-value becomes; the more we devalue, the lower our self-value sinks. Self-esteem is hierarchical, self-value is about equality .Interesting article, https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/anger-in-the-age-entitlement/201406/how-much-do-you-value-yourself

I have big dreams. How can God teach me the art of small step?

By default God always teaches or shows only small steps. God will not show you big picture until He knows that you complete baby steps. Its people who want to do more or go ahead of God, create problems for themselves. Keep everything in perspective, today has its own problems ONLY today belongs to you  NOT tomorrow.

I am confused and lost in the situation, how do I overcome?

That is everyday life Shefali. God has a plan for your life and enemy (Satan) has a plan for your life as well. Be ready for both. Be wise to know which one to battle and which one to embrace. Remember, God is not the author of confusion but of peace. How come having smart brains is not enough. What does Bible say?

The one who uses all God gave him for God’s glory is the smartest. IQ has little to do with comprehending spiritual truths, and, in the grand scheme of things, knowing God and walking in His way are all that matters. Godly wisdom may look very different from worldly wisdom. Godly wisdom goes against the “conventional wisdom” (upside down blessed practices, https://yeshusatsangdallas.com/faqs) of the day; it is not focused on self-preservation but living in the Spirit. “But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him” (James 1:5). God wants us to have His wisdom. He is delighted to give it to us when our hearts are set to receive it.

I see racism everywhere. How should I handle?

All human beings have the same physical characteristics (with minor variations, of course). More importantly, all human beings are equally created in the image and likeness of God. God does not show partiality or favoritism, and neither should we. Racism, in varying forms and to various degrees, has been a plague on humanity for thousands of years. Racism is a sin, and its a heart condition, no amount of laws can remove racism completely. So, it always boils down to individual choices a person makes everyday, keeping our conscientious clear about racism. Bible declares, “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in God forgave you.” Racists may not deserve your forgiveness, but we deserved God’s forgiveness far less. Ultimately, we should point people to Christ as the only answer for racism. Racism is the result of sin. Until the sin problem is dealt with—until people who are created in the image of God become new creations in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17)—the problem of racism hidden in hearts will never be eradicated. Only in Christ can racial reconciliation be found.

I have lot of hopes but I am in a big dilemma. Who do I vote for in the coming elections?

Those choices seldom make any huge difference in what we do or in our families every day. Least your expect from any politician is better for you. They are known for siding anything that gets them into or keep position intact. Frequently, we expect a major transformation begins from top politicians to our families down. But in reality, that is not the case, it is down to top. change must begin from individual, family, community, and then society and country get transformed. As we extend further out from family, we have that much less control and any major influences on us.

I see many opinions on social media sites. How do I know what is True and how do I respond?

We must seek wisdom in order to know what issues are worth being decisive. Social media blazes with scorching opinions quickly on every subject, but many of those fueling the fires would benefit from being more indecisive. Our culture has substituted opinion for truth and passion for conviction. We need not have a hard and fast opinion on every subject, nor feel pressured to “take a side” when we lack all the information or education on an issue. Taking time to hear all sides of a matter is a mark of wisdom. Indecisiveness is common when we have to make a decision that will result in unpleasant consequences. There are times when remaining indecisive is wise.

What does it mean, the world is changed by example, not by our opinions?

Opinion changes, lawmakers and judges create and adjust laws that reflect people’s opinions about morality and impact how people interact with each other. Cultures changes over the time. Where as God's laws superior over all man made, proven over the centuries..do not change...stays the same. Whether it is BC or AD. Man is still wicked and might sin differently, will try to hide superficially behind the technologies like Face book, Whatsapp, etc..All these tools exposes wicked mans heart and sins even more. Bottom line question we all need to ask, whose opinions really matter: God’s or Man’s?  There is no hope for a man without a savior in their life.

How is human life different from animals? The difference is that we can express but they cant?

According to Bible, only Humans are created in God's image (not other creation). Key question to ask, are you truly expressing (speech, behaviors) that reflects God's character i.e. Fruit of the Spirit -  love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. (Ref: https://www.crosswalk.com/faith/spiritual-life/what-are-the-fruit-of-the-spirit.html)

How do I forgive those who don't know how to love?

Ultimate example and act of forgiveness comes from Yeshu, those who put him on the cross. Yeshu said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." And they divided up his clothes by casting lots" (Luke 23:34). Arrogance is used by the weak, while kindness is used by strong. To maintain kindness attitude toward those we love is hard enough. To express kindness toward those who are against us requires the work of God. That is why it is a Fruit of the Spirit

In India, one policeman killed a Hindu priest. What does Bible teach about a murder?

In the OT, "You shall not murder" listed as ten commandments. Yeshu (Jesus) goes even a step further, even anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment...(Matthew 5:21-22).God, who examines the very thoughts and intents of the heart, will issue judgment upon unrighteous anger. The hatred that causes one person to hurl insults is the same hatred that causes another to commit murder. The attitude of the heart is the same, and it’s this attitude that makes a person morally guilty before God. Yeshu (Jesus) not only warns us against expressing unrighteous anger, which can lead to murder, but clearly commands that disparaging denunciations and name-calling be avoided. Such abusive words reveal the true intents of one’s heart and mind for which we will be held in judgment. The heart is the core of our being the thoughts, feelings, desires, will, and choices that make that person who he/she is, internal to every human, and the Bible sets high importance on keeping our hearts pure: “Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life” (Proverbs 4:23).

We live in the world of fake people, fake news, etc.? How do I operate and live?

Need to stay away from superficial, unfair and untrue blanket judgments about anything without knowing the truths. Do not judge others, and you too will judged. Fakeness begins from us. We need to look into that first, prior to pointing fingers at others. For you will be treated as you treat others. The standard you use in judging is the standard by which you will be judged. “And why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own?

Is it true hesitation is the worst of sin? Because in hesitation you do not live in..

To be indecisive usually means to have a difficult time making up one’s mind. Indecisiveness is common when we have to make a decision that will result in unpleasant consequences. There are times when remaining indecisive is wise. We may lack all the information, for example, or the issue is of little importance and an opinion would only be divisive. However, for the most part, indecision shows a lack of willingness to commit to absolute principles and to speak up for those principles. In that sense, indecision is a weakness (John 12:43).  Indecisiveness about what God has declared to be true has no place in the life of a Yeshu follower.

What is born again in the Bible?

The natural man, like Adam hiding in the garden, is isolated from God. When we are born again, the spiritual death is reversed. The new birth that we must experience in order to “see the kingdom of God” is a work of the Holy Spirit. Just as a mother does all the work in physical birth, so the Holy Spirit does all the work in the new birth. New joy filled Life begins right from earth and goes into eternity.

What is the purpose and meaning of life?

In the world people pursue many things, thinking that in them they will find meaning and purpose. Those include business success, wealth, good relationships, entertainment, and doing good to others but still feel void. The real meaning of life, both now and in eternity, is found in the restoration of our relationship with our creator.  God wants us to know the meaning of life. Jesus said, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full” (John 10:10). A “full” life is logically one that is meaningful and devoid of aimless wandering.  For more info, pls join our next Google meetup - https://www.meetup.com/Dallas-Indian-Desi-Community-Purpose-Group/

What would you like, Good at School or Good at Life?

Learning, grow knowledge and wisdom never ends. Life is nothing but a school of learning and application. Some may look older, but are still in kindergarten/school kids coz stop learning. Others look young, are matured, coz of they continue to learn and grow.

Just like India, IT technology Silicon valley is full of caste discrimination problem? How do I discern?

No human being is fully free of prejudice or discrimination. It’s part of our selfish nature to prefer those of our own kind, whatever that represents to us. Discrimination is not the same as discernment. Discernment is proper determination based on truth and fact. A discerning mind demonstrates wisdom and insight that go beyond what is seen and heard. Where as, discrimination wrongly judges a person based only on external factors or personal preference. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, Rather, in humility value others above yourselves. It is an individual choice (not East or West problem) we all have to deal with it and act accordingly in our life's everyday. There should be no discrimination dealing with others because there is no discrimination with God.

How do you define a human? Do we have authority over others?

One of the big distinctions between human beings and the rest of creation is our ability to reason. No other creature has this ability, and there’s no question that this is a unique gift provided by God.  The Bible teaches that God created human beings in His image. Our human nature reflects some of God’s attributes, although in a limited way. We love because we are made in the image of the God who is love (1 John 4:16). One important point to note, Creator (See, Creation from Book of Genesis) has not given control of another man to anyone but kept to Himself. Humans try doing the exact opposite and get in trouble.

History is always written by few, only by the winners?

Yeshu is considered a biggest failure if you measure by human standards. But we all know only winners writing history is incorrect (see Jesus The Game Changer). History teaches what principles can you learn for my daily living. That can be done both from failures and successes. Failure, as much as it hurts, is an important part of life. Without failure, we'd be less capable of compassion, empathy, kindness, and great achievement; we would be less likely to reach for the moon and the stars. It's through failure that we learn the greatest lessons that life could teach us. Failure is probably one of the aspects in life most people are afraid of. But the truth is: everyone has failed and everyone will fail again. We sometimes forget that all successful people have failed, but they did not stop after their failures. So do not be afraid of failure, it is a part of your road to success.

Why is Jesus called Yeshu Masih or Isa?

Jesus is born in a Jewish family. The ancient language of the Jewish people is Hebrew. At the time of Jesus’ birth, in the Jewish homeland of Judea (Israel), most people spoke a closely related language called Aramaic (Syriac). Many people also spoke Greek because 300 years earlier, the Greek army of Alexander the Great took control of the region. The story is written in Greek, although the people in the story spoke Aramaic. In Greek, it is recorded that an angel told Mary she should name her son Ἰησοῦς (Iesous) because he would save his people from their sins. That name in the original language might have been Y’shua (this means salvation) or Yehoshua (this means Jehovah saves).

Later, when the story of Y’shua was told to English speakers, they understood and wrote the Greek Ἰησοῦς as Jesus. Hindi has chosen to take the original version of the name (Y’shua/Yishu) instead of the English version. Secondly, Jesus claimed to be the promised, anointed leader of Israel. In Greek, this title was written Χριστός (Khristos). In the original language, the title is written מָשִׁיחַ (Mashiakh). Hindi has chosen to take the original version of the name (Mashiakh/Masiha) instead of the English/Greek version. Yishu Masiha, the Hindi version of Jesus’ name and title, are taken directly from the original, Aramaic forms instead of from the Greek and English forms. Masiha is actually roughly translates to "one who delivers from pain/suffering".Jesus is called also "Yesu" in Telugu, "Yeasu" in Tamil and Malayalam, South Indian Languages. Another name is most commonly derived from the [classical Arabic] عيسى 'Isa, an Arabic translation of Jesus, itself having a Hebrew origin. However, it is not the only translation; it is most commonly associated with Jesus as depicted in Islam, and thus, commonly used by Muslims.

Money - Possesions - Bible - Yeshu teachings

  • Money and possessions are the second most referenced topic in the Bible – money is mentioned more than 800 times – and the message is clear. Having money itself is not bad but allowing yourself to be influenced by money is bad.
  • For a True follower of Yeshu, money comes as a secondary necessity because his/her primary focus is Yeshu himself. There is no promise in the Bible that being a Yeshu follower will lead to a good job, wealth, freedom from debt, etc.
  • Always remember that you are a keeper of wealth and God owns everything. Instead of storing riches on Earth where they will soon disappear, you should rather store them in Heaven where they will last forever. Stretch out a helping hand to those in need.
  • King Solomon of Israel richest of all time known for wisdom– peak net worth: $2 trillion (£1.42trn) According to the Bible, King Solomon ruled from 970 BC to 931 BC. King Solomon is traditionally credited with writing Proverbs, Song of Songs (Song of Solomon) and Ecclesiastes, largely because Proverbs and Ecclesiastes contain wisdom statements and Solomon has a reputation as a wise king, and Song of Songs mentions his name.
  • Neither wealth Is a sign of God's favor nor poor means no blessings. Or poor have done something to deserve their condition persists and justify a callous attitude toward those who have very little. (Proverbs 15:16-17, Ecclesiastes 5:10-12, Luke 1:52-53, 6:20, 6:24-25).
  • Yeshu saw wealth as a gift from God to be used in His service (Matthew 25:14-30). Those who have been blessed with wealth must share generously with the poor (Matthew 25:31-46), and avoid the sins of arrogance (1 Timothy 6:17-19), dishonesty (Exodus 20:15, Mark 10:19, Luke 3:12-14) and greed (Luke 12:13-21).
  • Apostle Paul who wrote in in 1 Timothy 6:10 – “For the love of money is a source of all kinds of evil. Some have been so eager to have it that they have wandered away from the faith and have broken their hearts with many sorrows.“?
  • No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and be enslaved to money. (Matthew 6:24)
  • "If then you have not been faithful in the unrighteous wealth, who will entrust to you the true riches? And if you have not been faithful in that which is another’s, who will give you that which is your own?" (Luke 16:11-12:)
  • Putting your hope on the money - "The LORD makes poor and makes rich; he brings low and he exalts.” (1 Samuel 2:7)
  • God's faithful people may be rich or poor (2 Chronicles 17:3-5, Job 1:1-3, Matthew 27:57, Mark 12:41-44, Luke 16:19-22, 19:2-9, Proverbs 22:2, Luke 6:20)
  • And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul? Is anything worth more than your soul? (Matthew 16:26)
  • God already knows and cares about our material needs (Matt. 6:32; Luke 12:30). Trust in God’s provision for material and provision needs. If God provides food for birds and beauty for flowers, God can provide for his children, who are more valuable to him (Matt. 6:26; Luke 12:26).  Jesus commands us to become “faithful and wise managers” (Luke 12:42, 16:10–12).

Put Yeshu First and watch your Life Change

There are so many things that clamor for our attention and devotion: our jobs, our kids, our spouses, our hobbies—the demands and distractions of life. And we have to be careful not to let them become more important or more of a priority than our relationship with God. In the busy world, are we’re truly seeking God’s kingdom first? There are questions we can ask ourselves. “Where do I primarily spend my energies? Is all my time and money spent on goods and activities that will certainly perish, or in the services of God—the results of which live on for eternity?”

  • Putting God first means that we keep the greatest commandment: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind”
  • Yeshu said "..seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. (Matthew 6:33). Priority—seeking His Moksha, living in obedience to Him, and sharing the good news of the kingdom with others.
  • Scriptures support God often spoke and gave revelation through His foreknowledge. God is able to have knowledge of someone before conception or something before it occurs. The One who knows all (omniscience), is ever present (omnipresent), is all powerful (omnipotent) and is all-good (omnibenevolent). God’ Word does, however, teach a knowledge of God, which is wondrous and beyond our comprehension and yet completely true and understandable. God existed in eternity past, now, and  will continue to exist in eternity future.
  • God knew us before we were even formed in the mother's womb. Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart..(Jeremiah 1:5)
  • “You (God) made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.” Psalm 139:13-14 (NLT)
  • Paul says: “…for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can’t see— such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him [italics mine].” Colossians 1:16 (NLT)
  • God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like ourselves. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.” So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.” Gen. 1:26-27 (NLT)
  • We see God’s love for us - “You guided my conception and formed me in the womb. You clothed me with skin and flesh, and you knit my bones and sinews together. You gave me life and showed me your unfailing love. My life was preserved by your care.” Job 10:10-12 (NLT)
  • We see God identifying us - “You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. 16 You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.” Now, let me back up to verse 13 for just a moment…Psalm 139:15-16 (NLT)
  • In Scripture, we see that God has intimate knowledge of us at the depth of our character and soul:
  • God knows the hearts of all men (1 Kings 8:39; 2 Chronicles 6:30), those who are His servants (2 Samuel 7:20; Nahum 1:7; 1 Chronicles 17:18) and those who are false, vain, and deceitful (Job 11:11).
  • God keeps the lowly close to His thoughts, but only knows the haughty from afar (Psalm 138:6).
  • God knows our words before they are spoken (Psalm 139:4) and the distresses of our lives (Psalm 31:7).
  • God knows you,  “Even the hairs of your head are all numbered.” (Matthew 10:30).
  • There is nothing that we can say, think, or do that God doesn’t know! “Can a man hide himself in hiding places So I do not see him?” declares the LORD. “Do I not fill the heavens and the earth?” declares the LORD.  (Jeremiah 23:24). And asE David sings in Psalm 139:7:  “Where can I flee from your presence?”
  • Heaven and earth intersecting and the pivotal moment for it came when “the Word (Jesus Christ) became flesh” (John 1:14). By Christ becoming flesh the Father is revealed to us.
  • Jesus preparing a place for all us in Heaven once we finish our earthly journey (John 14:2).
  • God's promise sharing His Heavenly throne with all of us: To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne. (Revelation 3:21)

Sower & Type of Heart

Good Samaritan - who is my neighbor?

Mustard Seed - Abundant life

Parable of the Sower

  • The Parable of the Sower is recorded in three of the four biblical Gospels – Matthew 13:1-23, Mark 4:1-20, and Luke 8:1-15.
  • The human heart is like receptive soil to the seed of the Word of God. It represents four categories of hearers hearts, four different reactions to the Word of God: the hard heart, the shallow heart, the crowded heart, and the fruitful heart.
  • Hard heart, the seed that falls along the roadside. This represents people who hear the Word of God, but never really believe.
  • Shallow heart, the seed that falls on stony ground. This signifies the people who hear the Word of God and receive it with joy, but because there is no root to sustain them, they wither.
  • Crowded heart, the seed that falls on ground where weeds choke out its growth. Slowly and surely, these people, busy with the cares and riches of the world, just lose interest in the things of God.
  • Fruitful heart, the seed falls on good ground and the plants produce a rich harvest.
  • We are the ones who determine what kind of soil our hearts will be, Which one are you?

Mustard Seed Faith

  • The parable of mustard is recorded in Matthew 13:31-32. The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all your seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch in its branches.”
  • The sower is Yeshu Himself - the planter who came to atone for our paap so that we might become fruitful.
  • The mustard seed represents the Gospel, starting very small but growing to reach millions throughout the world who will inherit the kingdom. The field represents all the people of the earth who will receive Him.
  • The tree is rooted in Yeshu's teaching's and has grown a harvest far beyond its natural explanation.
  • The birds’ of the air in this parable signifying ”to perceive, to hear.” The tree offers a refuge for His faithful to rest in Him.
  • A tree is a symbol, a mighty kingdom which gave shelter to the nations. It represents earthly greatness and refuge to the nations. The tiny mustard seed, growing to be a tree, symbolizes Yeshu offer of refuge and life in God’s Kingdom.

Who is my neighbor? The Parable of Good Samaritan

  • Yeshu tells the parable, or story, of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10, illustrate how we love our neighbors as ourselves. When other people need our help the most, like the man on the road, is when our love for neighbor is truly tested.
  • Yeshu tells us to be like the Good Samaritan, helping others in times of need, and not the Priest and Levite who ignored their neighbor.
  • Love unconditional, is active, inconvenient, risky, and might not be reciprocated. This parable foreshadows Christ’s own sacrifice on the cross and the free gift of grace He offers to repentant sinners.
  • Yeshu does not specify that the victim “attacked by robbers” and abandoned “half-dead”. He is anyone. He is everyone. Yeshu wants us to be moved by exceptional compassion; love that pays no attention to racial, religious, or socioeconomic categories.
  • Yeshu teaching about what Love Your Neighbor means with application. He did not preach compassion to the innkeeper or return for payment from the beaten man. The Samaritan took responsibility financially and personally and lived out a belief:

Good Samaritan - who is my neighbor?

Rich Yeshu Satsang Dallas Indian meetup group

  • Yeshu tells Rich Fool parable in Luke 12:13-21, illustrating a person who thinks Its all about me and I'm in control".
  • The ground of a certain rich man yielded an abundant harvest".  It was 'the ground' –and not so much the rich man's hard work or talent – that brought him a bigger yield that season.
  • When life is going well we can fall into the trap of thinking that it was all from our effort. The fact is, "I'm actually not in control of my life."
  • The second reason why he was rich fool is because he thought he had the power to control his future by storing everything in big barns.  Yeshu reminds us we will die should help us rethink our priorities. Rather than spending time investing in a bigger barn for ourselves, Jesus reminds us to invest in our relationship with God.
  • The rich fool was foolish to think that his wealth is his everything and can buy happiness instead it brings more anxiety, fear and stress. Yeshu teaches Seek First God's Kingdom, everything else will be added to  you as well (Matthew 6:33).
  • Yeshu concludes by saying, "So it is with those who store up treasures for themselves but are not rich toward God." (Luke 12:21). The only thing that is valuable in God's kingdom is having a relationship with him through our obedience to his expectations.

Prodigal Son - Father's Love

The Prodigal Son

  • The parable of the Prodigal Son, is found in  Luke 15:11-32. It begins by introducing three characters: a father and his two sons. The youngest of the two sons demands his share of his father’s estate which the father gives him. But  shortly after being given his inheritance, he runs off and squanders the wealth.
  • The prodigal son, or lost son, was an abuser of grace. Grace is most often defined as unmerited or unearned favor. He had a loving father, a good home, provision, a future, and an inheritance, but he traded it all in for temporal pleasures. We are the prodigal son.
  • Being prodigal meant a son or daughter who wasted their resources and assets, a person who rejected everything good like love, wisdom, and discipline.
  • The parable is the story of a prodigal son, a loving, merciful father, and a resentful, truly lost brother. This is a story of rebellion, repentance, restoration, resentment, and rejoicing
  • We all think we know better. We squander the grace of God and trade it in for worthless treasure. And yet, at the point that we realize that we are unworthy, rebels, in need, empty, so much so that it compels us to run back into the arms of Grace of Yeshu to receive Moksha.

The Parable of the Talents

  • In the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14-30), to one servant, the master (Yeshu) gives five talents, to a second servant he gives two talents, and to a third servant he gives one talent.
  • Two of the servants, the one given five talents and the one handed two, were good stewards of their master’s money, investing it in such a way that when the master returned, they handed back double what he had originally given them.
  • The third servant, however, was not so prudent. According to the story, “the one who received the one talent went away and dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money”.  But out of fear, he chose to do nothing.
  • It’s our job to be faithful with all God has given us, which means we need to leverage our opportunities diligently to produce the return. We are responsible for what we have been given, and one day we will be held responsible.
  • Talents parable teaches  we are to work, using our talents (given according to our ability...not all equal), serve the common good, and  we work for the Master, not our own selfish purposes.
  •  John Wooden quote “Success is peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to become the best of which you are capable”

Parable of Unforgiving Servant

Is Your Life Build on Rock or Sand?

Is Your Life Build on Rock or Sand?

The unforgiving servant

  • Parable of the Unforgiving Servant is found in Matthew 18:23-35.
  • Yeshu tells Peter the story of a servant and a king. The king, being merciful, agrees and cancels the entirety of the servant's debt involving ten thousand bags of Gold.
  • At this point, the servant leaves and encounters a man who owes him a hundred silver coins (a much smaller amount). This man can't pay, so the unforgiving servant demands and has him thrown in debtor's prison.
  • The king then calls the unforgiving servant back, labels him as wicked, and asks him why he didn't show the same mercy that was given to him. The servant is then thrown in prison to pay off his original debt.
  • Through this parable, Jesus tells Peter (and us) that we should see the paap committed against us in the light of the paap God has forgiven us, not because we deserve it, but simply because of His love and mercy. As we have been forgiven, we should also forgive.
  • Now that we all been shown forgiveness by God, we have to choose what we want to do with others. None of us will make it out of this world without being sinned against. We will all have painful things happen to us, and there will be people who hurt us, whether intentionally or not. We have to decide how we want to react.

Yeshu Naya Jeevan Moksha

  • Parable of wise and foolish builder is found in Matthew 7:24–27, Luke 6:47–49.
  • Yeshu said that the people who hear his word are like the houses built on either rock or sand. By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established. (Proverbs 24:3)
  • In the Bible God is often called our Rock (Psalm 18:2) and Yeshu is called our cornerstone (1 Peter 2:6).
  • This parable is similar to that of the story of Noah’s Arc. Noah takes the word of God and he is saved, unlike everyone else who is foolish and does not take God’s advice.
  • Yeshu said that the wise man who builds his life on Yeshu’s teachings he is building a strong trustworthy foundation.  that can withstand life's storms.
  • Yeshu contrasts that to the dangers of ignoring His words, which He compares to building one's life on sand, it is unsteady and the house will eventually suffer some kind of damage.
  • We are each building our life everyday. The proper foundation for a life is Jesus’ words—not just the hearing of them, but the doing of them, too (James 1:22) without overwhelmed by our own feelings or other pressures pull us toward doing the exact opposite of what the Bible says.  .

Parable of the Wedding Feast

Is Your Life Build on Rock or Sand?

Parable of the Wedding Feast

The Parable of the Wedding Feast

  • Parable of the Wedding Banquet is found in Matthew 21:33-46, Yeshu repeats themes he tells in the parable of the Tenants.
  •  A king is throwing a wedding banquet, but after it's prepared, the guests who promised to attend provide excuses to bow out, and some actually kill the servants who showed up to collect them.
  • In response, the king dispatches an army to the murderous guests, and then extends the invitation to anyone who would like to attend. As the king mingles with guests, he discovers a man who is not wearing the wedding garb that's been provided. The king ejects this man from the banquet.
  • Yeshu is reiterating the point that Israel’s religious leaders had disqualified themselves from the kingdom, so He was opening the kingdom to the Gentiles (all non-Jews). The twist at the end of the parable is that even the newly invited guests need to attired in the garb of Grace of Yeshu. The inclusion of the Gentiles is a fulfillment of Hosea 2:23.
  • The gates of the kingdom are open wide, moksha is not based on ethnicity, education, income bracket, popularity, ministry position, personality type, cultural savvy, athletic ability, or attractiveness.  Everyone who calls on the name of the Yeshu (Jesus) will recive Moksha (Romans 10:13)

Renewing Inner Man

Yeshu - The Perfect Servant/King

Parable of the Wedding Feast

Yeshu Holy Spirit Inner Healing

  • Bible states "Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day."  (2 Corinthians 4:16)
  • Many people concentrate on the appearance of the outer man and they neglect the inward man. For this reason many live depressed lives as their inner man lacks the rejuvenation required for a joyful life.
  • The outer man will fail, yet spiritually our inner man can become stronger day by day.  The inner man shall know the Truth and be freed from the struggles of the outer man to serve in the face of a failing body.
  • We might be able to hide our inner person from the world, we cannot hide it from God. He knows all and sees all, even into our hearts (1 Samuel 16:7). This is a comfort to us because we know God sees and cares about our deepest hurts.
  • Romans 12:1–2 - Not to be conformed to this world’s way of thinking; rather, our inner man must be transformed by the renewing of our minds. This mind-renewal comes about as we allow the Holy Spirit free rein within our “inner man.” He begins to change our actions and desires to match Yeshu.   Allow the Spirit to have full control over every aspect of our lives, both inner and outer man.
  • Remember, your life is more than an outer shell.  Praise God, your inner man can be strengthened day by day.
  • Death will be the end of the outer man, but the inner man shall sing and rejoice into the presence of God. Today, on this side of heaven we sing a melody in our hearts, by faith, in anticipation.  Yet soon, we shall sing by sight on other side in heaven with great satisfaction.

Yeshu Perfect Servant Servanthood Serving Poor India

  • Yeshu is the Servant of His Father, the unthinkable truth is that Yeshu also came to serve us. We sometimes think that God is worthy of our service but when we serve others we choose who are the worthy ones. We feel that some people are below us and should serve us instead. Not so with Yeshu.
  • When Yeshu came to earth to serve mankind, He paid a huge sacrifice. He left His heavenly comfort and came to earth as a mere human being. The ultimate sacrifice He paid was when He offered up His own life as a ransom for mankind. (Mark 10:45)
  • Yeshu taught humility and servanthood cannot be separated, not propose to do his own will, does not promote himself.
  • The world teaches us that anyone who is great will have many people serving him. Yet Yeshu taught the very opposite, Servanthood the key to greatness. Sitting down, Jesus called the Twelve and said, “Anyone who wants to be first must be the very last, and the servant of all. (Mark 9:35 ). Isaiah Describes the Messiah (Jesus) as a Servant leader (Isaiah 42:1-4)
  • The more people you serve in anticipation of Yeshu return, the greater you are. Most times we deem people as worthy of our service if that person is important in society or that person can give us some benefit. If we hold on to this mentality, we will not be able to achieve greatness in the eyes of God.
  • John Stott put it this way, The authority by which the Christ follower leads is not power but love, not force but example, not coercion but reasoned persuasion. Leaders have power, but power is safe only in the hands of those who humble themselves to serve.

Yeshu Followers Dallas Indian Community

  • Our physical bodies has many organs and parts but each part cannot exist on its own, not all have same function. Being a part of the body is what enables the various parts to operate within their function. A heart pumps blood throughout the body, the brain processes, thinks and gives instruction, the skeletal system supports the entire operation and our muscles are what enable us to move about. They all work together to create a living human being capable of amazing things. When there is a problem in any of these parts, then it affects the entire system and as a result the whole body suffers.
  • The same is true within the body of Christ. We all have different functions, gifting and strengths, but they complement other parts of the body. When operating as God designed us, we are blessing the whole body. When we don't operate the way we were designed, then the body suffers. We are mutually dependent on one another and the makeup of the whole body far outweighs the sum of the individual parts
  • In His grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. (Romans 12:6–8)
  • If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly.

Angels

  • Angels are beings created by God who not only share his messages, but also actively do his will, encourage Jesus followers, and fight spiritual battles on our behalf. The word angel comes from a Greek word that literally means “messenger,” and angels are often seen bringing messages from God to us
  • Two types of angels – those for God and those for Satan. Angels are Christ's servants. We can’t tell our assigned angels what to do. For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways. (Psalm 91:11)
  • Angels are too numerous to count (Psalm 68:17). Only three angels are mentioned by name in the canonical books of the Bible: Gabriel, Michael, and the fallen angel Lucifer (or Satan). (Ref: Daniel 8:16, Luke 1:19, Luke 1:26)
  • Most of God’s created angels rejoiced at His outpouring of lovingkindness to man; however, there was one who despised it. There was one angel who resented God’s power and plan and authority. His name was Lucifer.
  • All the angels were originally created holy and without sin, there was a rebellion by Satan who sought to exalt himself above God. One-third of the angels joined with him in the rebellion (Revelation 12:4; Isaiah 14:12-14, Ezekiel 28:15). Fallen angels are called “demons.” Demonic angels disobeyed and fell from their Holy position.
  • Spiritual wars are real and continuously rage between Godly angels and demons. Most of these battles are occurring in the spirit realm over the leadership of the different nations and over the souls of men and women.
  • When God created the foundations of the earth, the angels had already been in existence (Job 38:1-7) and they were created for eternity (Luke 20:36).
  •  Angels have limitations (Daniel 9:21), they can be in one place at a time, they are not omnipresent, not omnipotent.
  • The role angels play as ministering spirits in the most comforting aspect of their nature, God uses angels to transport our loved ones to home in Heaven. (Ref: Luke 24:51, Mark 16:19, Acts 1:9)
  • Angels are warriors, wage war with enemies of God's people, both seen and unseen. Angels guide God's people, and equip God's people for victory.
  • Angel comforting Yeshu - An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him. (Luke 22-43)
  • Ask God to open your eyes to spiritual battles around you. Use full armor of God described in Ephesians 6:10-17, pray God to defeat and conquer the evil one. Use them daily.

Put On The Whole Armor of God

Heavenly Beings - Angels - At Your Service

Armor of God Yeshu Protection Healing Sickness Worry

  • The armor of God is a metaphor in the Bible (Ephesians 6:10-18) that reminds followers of Yeshu about the reality of spiritual battle and.put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.
  • In our war with prince of this earth Satan, his society and our human weaknesses, we need spiritual help. God provides the powerful armor of God to protect us and give us victory
  • Belt of Truth - If you don’t begin with Truth, you’ll never defeat the enemy. And Yeshu said God’s Word is True (John 17:17). Truth, means something is true and other things are lies. The evil one is the father of lies (John 8:44). Every lie finds its origin in him.
  • Breastplate of Righteousness - It means goodness, integrity, decency, and fairness. Scriptures refer being made right that Christ gives us – His righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21) and God carries thru Saints (Revelation 19:8). It refers to  aligning your actions with God’s instructions in the Bible. Not to confuse with Self-Righteous i.e. egotistical and hypocritical lead to misery and loneliness.
  • Gospel of Peace - Peace is an attribute of the Yeshu's very person and character (Galatians 5:22). In Greek, peace means oneness or wholeness. Stand firm and not let anxiousness and worry overtake rob our peace. Scripture be a a guide and lamp for your steps and a path (Psalm 119:105). God-centered words and actions how to get along with those around us, calmly and justly deal with discord.
  • The Shield of Faith - Shield of faith needs to be regularly dipped in the water of God’s word to be replenished and fully functional – because “faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17). Guard your spirits when people and circumstances tempt to do wrong, deflect the doubts and fears that would otherwise puncture yours beliefs.
  • Helmet of Salvation - The battlefield of our mind is the primary place spiritual battle is fought. The Lord works His freeing truth into our perspectives while the enemy fights for strongholds to bind us (John 10:10).  be vigilant and keep thoughts of Christ always on your mind, then not even the devil who “prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour” will be able to overcome our steadfast faith (1 Peter 5:8).
  • Sword of the Spirit - It is the word of God. And it is most effective the only piece of armor that is both defensive and offensive. Sharpen that sword by familiarizing our children with Scriptures. It is parents responsibility, after all, to start children off on the way they should go so that even when they are old they will not turn from it (Proverbs 22:6).

Joyful Life in the Midst of Problems

Heavenly Beings - Angels - At Your Service

Joyful Life in the Midst of Problems

  • When these things happen (like job loss, Health issues, death of a loved one, etc.) in the life, understandably we often see only the negative side. Worldly joy or happiness comes and goes as often as waves hitting the shore. Where as, need to understand that God’s joy cannot be taken away. James wrote, “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials” (James 1:2).
  • Trials and difficulties are a reality of this life. They happen to everyone, even those who are trying to live a good life.   If we realize that there are valuable lessons that can be learned as we go through them, then we can turn a negative experience into a positive one. How is it possible to have joy going thru difficult situations of the life scenarios?
  • The Bible says that sorrow may come in the night, but also promises that joy comes in the morning.
  • During the time of troubles, there is a need to you draw close to God. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and depart from evil (Proverbs 3:5-7).
  • According to Paul's words "Rejoice always" (Philippians 4:2)
  • Pray God for deliverance. The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles (Psalm 34:17).
  • Put your burdens on Yeshu. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:6-7).
  • Pray for Faith and Patience. For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy (Psalm 126:5).
  • Yeshu's words in John 15:11, I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. Other example, Acts 13:52, And the disciples were filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit. Acts 16:34, The jailer brought them into his house and set a meal before them; he was filled with joy because he had come to believe in Go, he and his whole family.
  • Spiritual joy is not based on temporal things. It’s a joy based solely on the Yeshu and His Character (Fruit of the Spirit)— not touched by the world and revolving around who God is and what He has promised for His children. It’s not driven or tossed by worldly issues but remains a constant inside stabilizer above emotions or circumstances. Trusting Yeshu produces fruit of the Joy.
